Superb friendly model, but this shot was taken like 5 second before it started to rain …so I couldnt wait till that guy on the background move away. On this shot, I metered the exposure on her white shirt because I dont the highlight to be clipped if I metered on her face instead.....

There’s lotsa way to enhance your photos, but for me..the key to make it pop is to make sure that your subject is brighter than every other thing, mainly the background. You see on the original photo below, her face was kinda dark due to the sun was blocked. Even though reflector was already used,...

Sometimes we just can’t get a clear background and most of the time it would ruin your picture due to it can drag away the viewer’s view. Sometimes those old timer would said to you, that is a snapshot. Well this picture above would be a great picture if you didnt see the picture below...

There’s a powerful tool in Photoshop called Curve. With this single tool, we can do adjustment on white balance, image contrast, brightness..well to cut it short, we can play around with the image’s histogram.
